Must Read: When I told the tech I only wanted brow threading, not upper lip, which is only $5. She threaded my brow then my forehead w/out me agreeing to it. I thought she was doing it as a courtesy. When I checked out she charged me $10 for my forehead & brows, when I didn't even ask her to do it in the 1st place. She basically charged me the same $10 she would have if she would've done my upper lip that I initially declined! What a way to trick someone into paying extra! Oh & she f**** up me & my daughter's eye brows! The owner had to come & explain how to fix our arches that she completely cut off!!! I was told to just fill it in with a brow pencil! If I go back only the owner's touching my face not the lady w/the glasses! As a matter of fact, I'm never going back!

Very rude customer service from one of the ladies here messes up the whole experience. I do not want to come back even though the other ladies have been very nice. Sad to say I won't be back. I rather travel further for better service than to come back here even though it is walking distance from my home.

I did the facial here, the lady who have the long hair, not very long, was very perfectionist and did a great job, she is polite and gives priority to customers satisfaction.
