Awesome.. very friendly and very serious you will leave out with a smile ... very professional business with plenty of Hairstylist.. just be patient she will get to you bring your book a cell phone and relax and wait for your turn🙂🙂🙂😇

Do not go here for a sew in ever in your life. Charged me 100$ ( which is reasonable and around less of what I pay for a typical sew in ) . I was getting a middle part and she was unsure about the part and asked me to show her a comfortable spot, ( which was perfectly fine with me) it did seem kind of suspicious later tho. During the second bundle I noticed she was cutting tracks as she went and THAT PISSES ME OFF, (this hair was brand spanking new & i recycle hair )it cost her her tip completely. I told her to just fold the tracks over & she did. She sewed tooo much hair in the back so she had to cut some out and sew them at the top, HYPER PISSED.....Not even a week passed and I had to re-sewin 3 tracks.

I recommend everyone to go there. The finish my twist super fast, are affordable and I enjoyed my 4 hours I had to set there! Thank y’all for taking me right when I called today!!! 😘😘😘😘

I have been attending this hair salon for many years and I LOVE IT! The environment is friendly, sociable, and very caring when it comes to their customer's needs. They do an outstanding job at their job and make sure that your hair is perfection before they let you out of the seat. I only attend this salon for my braids because they are the best. My hair styles last from 3-4 months so I get my money worth and also my hair grows 2-3 inches very quickly. They are also very flexible with their schedule and can do any hairstyle that you ask them for. This is a great salon and I recommend them to any and everyone!!!

I would not recommend anyone to this location. I set up an appointment for 9am. I got there at 830 and no one was there. So, I wait for another 2 hours before someone open up the shop. I askes the lady when will she get start on my hair and she told me that I had to wait until the manager got there. So, I waited for another 45mins. When the manager got there she told me she had to eat first and she will start my hair after that. I would had left, but it was my birthday and I had some where to be later that day. So, I waited for another 30 mins. Now, I am getting upset. Finally, the two lady started my hair. I wanted the twist to go to my bra strap. They charged me 200.00 for these twist. Half way through I ask to go to the restroom. I went to the restroom and my hair was a mess. The twist was not twist all the way. Some of the twist were bigger then the other ones. While other ones were very thin. The twist went to my shoulders. I was very unhappy. So, when I got out of the restroom I explained that this is not how I wanted my twist. They start to talk in their own language and just stood there looking and pointing at me. I was like can you please fix my hair and they told me that they dont see anyone wrong with it and that I cannot get my money back. I would not suggest anyone to enter their locations in Desoto Texas. Do not waste your money with these people. I will never ever return to their location!
