Laurie has taken care of my last 3 or 4 cuts & i couldn't be more pleased. Great customer service & gets my cut right without a glitch. Thank You

My hair is ruined! Stylist claimed that I was getting a 2 on the sides and a 4 on the top (supposedly finger length)- apparently both are the exact same to her. I was supposed to get a scissor cut trim on top, but she said she'd use a 4 so we wouldn't be stuck there for very long- obviously cared more about speed rather than quality. Can't even style whats left of my hair to make it look somewhat better. Will be wearing a cap for the next month or so until I can get this FIXED.

Stylists are friendly but the online check in is very annoying. I sat and waited to get my hair cut and people continued to walk in and get their haircut before me. Even thoigh I had been here for over 20 minutes in person waiting. I feel that the this method for signing people up for hair cuts is very broken. Not sure I will come back to Great Clips until this is fixed. We left without our haircut. Very disappointed!

Didn’t even get a chance to sit down. Stylist had attitude about me not giving her my number. How many times have you ever sat down and you get your hair cut without a single question? “How would you like it cut today?” is the norm. “I guess you’ll have to tell me how you want it cut since I don’t have any notes” is what I got from her. Like I’m going to let anyone touch me that’s in a mood. I’m better off going to a local place in the long run. Supercuts is fine without me. Shop local all. Out.
