Went to genesis after a horrible hair cut and color at another salon and Chloe definitely helped me out working her majic correcting my color and cutting my hair do not know how she was able to fix it but she did, love her definitely will be going to her from know on. I will say when I was there everyone that would leave the salon left with amazing hair so I can say all the girls seem like they know how to make you look good for sure. Highly recommend instead of going somewhere else to throw your money then looking for a place that can correct it like I did.

Autumn cut my hair. She was an awesome, up and coming stylist. She's was super knowledgeable and gave me a beautiful cut! Not only are the ladies talented and knowledgeable, but super friendly and inviting as well! Perfect salon experience!

Went in last night, and i think i was the last appointment before they closed, and I called super last minute, but the customer service was still on point even at the end of the day. Got a shampoo and treatment, and I didn't catch the woman's name who did it, but she was very nice. Marissa cut my hair. I also bought an air dry product both ladies suggested since I don't ever style or dry my hair. Used it today and love it. I am used to having very long hair and am always a little dissapointed when i get it cut. Marissa took off at least 5 inches (usually waaayyy out of my comfort zone, but my ends were atrocious) and she did a fantastic job, and was very sweet. No disappointment whatsoever, even after seeing it not blown out. Will 100% be back to see her!

I have to admit that I was pretty nervous, my mother is a retired hair dresser, and she has been the only person to ever touch my hair. Due to a back injury, she is no longer able to cut hair. My hair was way overgrown and I needed a haircut badly. I decided on a specific haircut that is a lot shorter than what I usually get. I was able to get a same day appointment with Marissa. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted, I just wanted a quick haircut and really didn't have time for anything else that day. I really appreciated that she offered to wash and blow dry my hair but wasn't pushy when I declined. I am so happy with the outcome! Marissa did a great job! They even gave me a little welcome bag filled with coupons and a few samples. I am looking forward to going back to get some color, I am very satisfied with my experience at Genesis with Marissa, and will defiantly be going back!
