i always come here, but it’s like lately they have been slacking. I went in today for just a couple streaks of highlights, asked maxi how much it would be and she assured me it would be 45$. Well I let the stylist do her thing. It wasn’t exactly what I wanted, but it turned out stunning. But after I got up to pay, she rings me up. It turns out to be 80$ keep in mind I have short short hair. I asked her why it was so much she said because it was way more blonde then what it was suppose to be.. in my view I didn’t ask for all those highlights. The stylist added extra. And I have to end up paying for it. Won’t be back!!

Maxie and Paloma do a great job on my cut and color. Always a great experience. Rudy cuts my son's hair and is very precise. Price is just right.

I was just going to leave the review on Facebook, but she doesn't think she deserves any negative reviews and has them removed! I went here for 4 years, and it's been going downhill for a while. Maxi on more than one occasion took walk ins before me, even though I had an appointment that I was always on time for. Her husband butchered my husbands hair twice, so he stopped going, but after this last time, waiting nearly an hour to be seen, because she took and finished a walk in before me, claiming it "wouldn't take long" and then not paying close enough attention to my SIMPLE haircut and even screwing that up? Yeah, I'm done. Add in that it's somehow always more expensive than the last time... Then, as if to solidify my disgust with her and her business, she had the nerve to respond to my last review saying that I should have said something instead of saddling her with a negative review. Yeah, okay. I think she can do math, and a 3:00 appointment being there until 5 for a simple trim cut is ridiculous and I shouldn't have to explain that to her. She's been doing hair for how many years? Don't you know when you've done a poor job? Maybe chat less to other women and pay attention to your clients hair, and you won't mess up. This is a legit review of your services, Maxie. Good luck getting it removed. And I'll find even more forums to plaster this review to since you wanna be petty and make snarky responses, removing any reviews you don't like. Tough.
