I have been coming to the Edinburg/Pharr locations for years now. I appreciate the convenience of the locations and I respect the work that the barbers/stylists strive to provide. It is difficult to find a barber/stylist who you bond with. Getting a haircut is a very personal experience and not just anyone can do the job. You have to establish a rapport with your barber/stylist to get the style and cut you want. I recommend Gris, Tampa, Delton, and Erika whenever you need a good cut. Call ahead and get a feel for the day and time, if your serious about looking great you know it can't be rushed. I always plan ahead. A forever customer. Thank you to my great stylists/barber you know who you are😊!

I've given this place several attempts on me at a good haircut because of convenient location and price. However, there is absolutely zero consistency. I ask for the exact same easy, uncomplicated cut, every time, and every time it comes out looking different than the last and rarely in a good way. I'm not sure if it's the dispassionate demeanor of the employees while they're working on you, inexperience, indifference, or wanting to crank out as many haircuts as possible but it definitely feels like a combination of all of the above. I like leaving a shop feeling great about a haircut and how I look, unfortunately I've rarely had that leaving this place.

I’ve gone several times, and if I’m honest, I have yet to find someone who is good with short hair cuts. I went last night and I’m definitely not pleased. The only girl that was AMAZING doesn’t work there anymore. Natalie was awesome.

Unsanitary, used dirty cape with other people's hair on it & did not use clean brushes on my hair. Even after I at least requested for her to clean the chair, she simply wiped it with her hands & said "YOU'RE GOOD". I requested please use product on my hair or it will get puffy, she just applied a cream as she dried my hair it got super puffy. then she got shine(oil) to iron my hair & fry it :( ...pricing is economical but that doesn't give you a right to put my health jeopardy. She knew my hair was not done properly and she rushed me off & stated I was done. What's sad is that I think she is the manager, because she was in 1st chair. I hope they see this review & learn from it, not get offended.

You never see a google review rate of 4.7 for a hair salon. It's rare. I haven't cut my hair in 6 months because finding a salon I trust with my hair is important. If you are looking for a great stylist, look no further. They gave me the exact haircut I wanted. As I was watching my stylist, I also looked around. I was very impressed. They work as a team so that their customers get the best cut. I know how does that make sense, but what I mean is they communicate with each other. I don't mean gossip, I mean give each other recommendations and support. I was very impressed with this place, and I will definitely be back for my next haircut.

Honestly they do a decent job here. I've never had an amazing or really bad haircut here, the only thing that kills this place is the wait times each barber takes like 30-40 minutes on what looks like a simple fade. If your willing to wait no less than an hour or more then by all means.
