This was my first trip to a Sports Clips. I was very impressed with my overall experience. My wait time was only a couple of minutes. The entire staff was very friendly and my cut was done very good. And they have a lot of little extras from shoulder massages to hot towels. They also have online schedule and check in.

Great stylist quick friendly professional. It's been a couple of days and i haven't noticed any misses or mistakes with my 1 on the side 2 on top. A lot of places mess it up.

Usually a good place to get your hair cut, but the stylist Mikella was horrible. I went in at 7:30 (store closes at 8). She appeared unhappy even though it wasn't super late, and rushed through the haircut. The haircut was bad and unevenly cut, hair on my shoulders/face as she didn't want to spend the time trying to clean up. The customer service was plain awful, barely spoke a word just wanted to get done with it, and as soon she got done with the haircut she just rudely walked over to the counter without uttering a single word (I usually get an MVP with the shampoo) but I was confident it would be a waste of time and money as she would clearly rush through that as well. Do not plan on returning here.

I went for 1st time to Sport Clip and had a wonderful experience. Keeley, my stylist, was very efficient at her job along with a good conversation. I got a free MVP as a first timer.
