Customer service sucks, the owner is not freindly and acts like she has a million dollar business. She acts like this because she had no competition in Galveston, I promise if another braiding salon comes in with good service and can do braids without pulling out your brains. They will blow her out the water hands down. It takes months to try and get a appointment she act like she be so full. Go by there and see may two customer but not crowded at all. "Take notes" Treat customers better, open up your schedule more,Oh and here is the most important one pray another shop Dont come in and blow you out the water. Talk about you in French because they think no one knows what they are saying. Lol😂😂😂😂 but the other two lady are pretty nice.owner is the one arrogent if your tired of doing hair close down and let someone else take over the franchise.
