Went yesterday to get a facial and a shampoo/blow dry.
The estheician, Brandy had phenomenal technique. I really applaud her for not rushing through the facial.
The products, however, were awful. I usually leave a facial (and I get them regularly from different places) with a dewy glow. I left yesterday with my face looking dull and feeling greasy.
The hair stylist was kind but was just trying to sell me on products the *whole* time.(Products created by the Breeze parent company, Aveda.) I was not interested in them.
I had requested my hair be flat ironed and I'm not sure what it was but my hair looked dull as well.
Not happy with the products used on me AT all.
I would rate lower had it not been for Brandy.
Ultimately, I feel the spa is *way* overpriced and if I knew they would allow it, I would definitely pursue a partial refund for the lack of product efficiency.
