Have been going here for about the last 2 years for my haircut and am usually pretty satisfied. They let me be as picky as I want without complaining and when I'm too indecisive they offer suggestions or solutions. I recently cut my hair short for the first time ever and the lady cut it inch by inch until I said "okay, that's short enough". I also bring my 8 yr old boy here for haircuts and he's happy every time too. I do recommend checking in online, it's definitely a time saver! Especially on the weekends when it's super busy.

I went in there with a positive attitude but came out of there mad and very unhappy. I should the girl some pictures of what I liked and asked her to do my hair something like them. She said sure. I came out with nothing like it. I wish that I could go into a salon and they work on quality not on how fast they can get the hair done and them out.

The employees are wonderful and were very patient with my two year old, but he developed a fungal infection on his head after getting his haircut here. Make sure you ask them to properly clean their instruments!

Used the remote app to check in -- said 88 minute wait but I went anyway. Seven names ahead of me but no one in the store. I was next and got great cut from Michelle.

On Monday, July 9, I took my son to get his hair cut for Senior pics. When he went back to get his hair cut, I could hear the 'stylist' argue with him over every thing he said about how he wanted his hair cut. He wanted a fade, she told him what he wanted wasn't a fade. Then he said he wanted it cut the exact way it had been cut on a previous visit to Great Clips. She argued that that was not what he wanted. Seriously? Then she asked what he wanted to do after graduation. He told her he wants to go into law enforcement. she disagreed with him on every thing he told her about working as an LEO. She finally stopped arguing with him when she received a phone call and finished his hair cut while she chatted with her friend on the phone. When done, she didn't even attempt to style his hair in any manner. He walked out, with his hair hanging flat over his forehead, ugh, and asked me to take him home so he could fix his hair. We will NEVER, EVER, EVER let Heather, at Great Clips on Eastman Rd. work on anyone in our family, again. EVER.
