I never complain about service for myself, but I took my Mom to get her hair cut and it was the worst job you could imagine. I actually feel sorry for those who will get their haircut by her, Im sure the rest of the stylist are okay..

Not thrilled at all. I wanted my hair done with a natural brown and wanted some purple and red on the inner layer. I told the girl I wanted the purple and red to be very visible at the bottom. She did my hair. During the course of the time I was there, one of the other stylists pointed out something that the girl doing my hair did incorrectly. Still not sure what that was, but the girl dying my hair assured me everything was fine. She gets done and cuts my hair. The cut looks okay. As she was finishing up, she advised me that she had gotten a little bit of dye on my skin but it would wash out. I was not shown the area at the time. While I was pleased with the mocha color over most of my hair, I was not pleased with the red or purple. The red is not visible at all. The purple is only visible a very little bit. If I want to show off the funky colors, I can't, because when my husband looked at it at home, he was horrified. He took a photo of the back of my head. Part of my neck and scalp are like one giant red and purple stain. Very unprofessional. Had I been aware of this, I would have asked for a partial refund, and I definitely would not have tipped the stylist. To top it off, when I showered last night and tonight, my water is being stained purple each time. I probably won't be able to enjoy this color at all before it washes out. I am livid. I would go back and make y'all fix this, but unfortunately when I got this done Sunday, I was getting ready to move to California Monday. Long story short, if you get your hair done here, you're probably throwing your money away.

Brought my daughter in. The whole crew was very polite and professional. Made my daughter feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be a return customer.

Been coming to smart styles for years in all those years hardly had any issues within that time , now I understand it's a holiday but when ur hours say close at 5 due to the holiday ok so why did I get turned away at 20 minutes till 5 for a simple haircut literally takes like 5 minutes , and no she was not just cutting someone's hair at the time , not happy in the least bit
