If I could give it a zero stars I would. I got a color treatment and extensions and the owner chemically burned my hair off. She tried to call me a liar and say it was like that before I come in and I showed her pics before and you can tell my hair was longer and healthy. When I I contacted her a day later for a refund she turned it all about the money and said if I couldn’t afford it then I shouldn’t of gotten it. Then she blocked me from responding to her. It was definitely not about the money as I have spent way more than what she charged on hair before. I just felt the damage to my hair was not worth the money I paid for it. She was very rude and unprofessional. I will have to have treatments on my hair to restore its health again. Would not ever go back.

This a place to avoid. My experience was terrible. My hair was cut during an install of a lace frontal and bundles. Unique&Elegant Hair Design is also located inside of this establishment and it appears they all work together. This is a place that is more concerned with reviews and not the quality of work. I was told that I would get a refund and never got it. Several lies were told to me by Kewonia Grimes and she also had one of her friends pretend to be her business manager and call me and claim that a solution would be made. Stay away from this place unless you would like to encounter disloyal thieves that do not care about the quality of work. I received a phone call from Denise and she pretended to be concerned and claimed she would call me back with a solution but she never did. I spent a total of 440$ and my hair was cut and the quality of the hair was terrible and did not retain curls. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews because those reviews have came from them personally and their friends. When you spend that type of money on a service you don't expect those types of mishaps or lies and rudeness. At the rate these people are going their shop will be a memory of the past. I was threatened with a lawyer but was never contacted by one. This shop will hear from my lawyer. I have yet to receive my refund, but considering the drama and damage to my hair I will face them in court. Stay away from this shop if you actually care about your hair.

Very talented but it took forever to get my hair done they are not very professional she stopped in the middle of doing my hair several time and then went to the bank .! Took about 4 hours
