Absolutely happy, stunned and amazed by this place! Ronnie did a magical job with my damaged, frizzy hair! I was looking for a good salon in Houston for a while, as I'm very fussy with Highlights, and I am beyond happy! Also Erica Baldwin treated me with a deep conditioning and blow dried my hair, it looks great - healthy and fresh! Thanks a million times! Blue Mambo is worth every penny, and the atmosphere there is very stylish, modern and hip! Love it ❤️👍

I came here for an appointment and sadly ended up unhappy with the first result. It may have been the technique but I am not from Houston so it is probably just a different style down here and not the fluid and smooth balayage I’m used to from other cities. But the salon quickly had me in touch with another stylist that I requested because of the compliments on their creative abilities in the reviews I’ve read. They set me right up and very quickly! My appointment will be soon! Can’t wait 😊

I recently had a haircut here and Melissa did an excellent job!! She was very accommodating and gave great suggestions. I loved my haircut and will definitely recommend her. She's really good at giving personalized haircuts!😊

I'm originally from Philly, and moved to Houston 3 years ago. I've been a loyal client to my stylist back home.... however new it was time to find a stylist in my new home. I was apprehensive and scared, naturally, but was happy to have found Mikey at Blue Mambo! He listened to me and was thorough with his suggestions. My hair turned out beautifully and I couldn't be happier! I will for sure be a repeat client and highly recommend him. The salon itself had a great atmosphere and was very welcoming. Great salon because of ERICA BALDWIN! She is an amazing hair specialist. Extensions, color, cut, olaplex — she does it all!! So rare to find one person for all of your hair needs. I’m a perfectionist, and it is so nice to have a hair stylist that is just as much of a perfectionist as me!! Many told me I couldn’t have the length I wanted or that they didn’t do color — she said she could give me the long blonde locks I wanted, and she delivered more than I thought possible!! You can have the hair you’ve been dreaming of, go see Erica Baldwin at this salon! I highly recommend her for any hair service!
