First time in a beauty shop in a decade. The receptionist Bree was super nice and informative. The braider - girl you got some hands on you!!! No pain at all. And Ms Mimi was awesome on the sew in. Will definitely be back & bringing friends, family, random chicks who need their hair laid. Worth. Every. Dollar.

Walked in and got an extremely rude vibe from the girls that worked there. Asked for a vixen sew in (a service that is listed on the website) and the atendent or stylist, whatever she is, told me that that was out of style and that they don’t do it. She also proceeded to tell me my hair was too thin and that it wouldn’t look right anyway. My hair is not thick but it it defiantly not thin. She could have just told me that she didn’t feel like working. Definitely never coming back and I wouldn’t recommend this establishment at all. Reply: No thank you. I actually ended up taking my business else where to someone who did exactly what I wanted and I loved the result 💕

Very pleased client . I went there yesterday for a sew-in and had questions but the front desk "Receptionist" (Kia) was so friendly , nice and helpful. The stylist "MiMi" slayed it 100%. She did a fantastic job. I left feeling and looking ***FABULOUS*** I cant stop getting compliments of how GREAT my hair looks. Overall it was an ***AWESOMENESS*** experience. I will definitely return and refer clients. Keep up the **TERRIFIC** JOB LADIES ! :)

Their customer service is horrible. They're rude.The vibe was off act as if they didn't want to do hair.Maybe they had a bad day but have to act better than that for someone to keep coming there.Then kept stalling baby I can take my little change elsewhere.🙄😂🤞

Got my hair done on 1/30/18 at the humble location. Let me send a shoutout to EBONY F. And BREANNA B. for giving me a flawless bomb full sew-in ! When I first got to the shop breanna greeted me and help me get the bundles I needed they where out of closures and being my first time getting a sew in with a closure breanna told me the kind I needed and where I could get it from she was so helpful and friendly. Once I came back ebony washed and deep condition my hair and did a bomb a** job on my sew-in she took her time was so on point she was friendly and really chill I felt like Beyoncé with long hair done care after she was done and breanna did a bomb a** job braiding my hair. They both made me feel so comfortable and where so fun to talk with thank u girls I will be back !!!!
