First time at a blow-dry bar and enjoyed it. I arrived on time, was offered a drink, and seated almost immediately. Overall pleasant experience but I felt like the stylist didn't do a great job shampooing the base of my neck. It was also curlier at the bottom than I wanted which she said would fall out but it only got curlier (especially in this heat and humidity!).

Their curls stay in longer than any other blow dry bar in town. The wait is a little long, however the complimentary champagne is nice. Normally, I have a great experience. This time the stylist burned my hair. 😐

Hi. So, this is the first Dry Bar I have been to where I left unsatisfied and immediately washed my hair and did it myself. The problem is that while they do ask at the end if "you like it"... if you say no... it is not as if they are going to rewash your hair and obtain some skill that they didn't have the first time around. It's not like I can say "Please out more tension on the medium barrel brush and use your wrist" :) My stylist didn't clean underneath the bottom layer of my hair and scalp, she didn't do a cold shot, she didn't even section it while blowdrying it. She actually had another stylist blowdrying it at the same time as she did. I am sure she was just in over her head but the owners really shouldn't hire someone who doesn't have experience blowing out hair. I was there for over an hour and a half too :( (that doesn't include the wait time. I do have "a lot" of hair... but I have been to many other Dry Bar's and have always left feeling like my hair looks great.. in under an hour.

I was so excited when I saw the “Old fashioned” was added to the list of styles. I sat down and the stylist said to the coworker next to her “do you know how to do this?” I figured if a new style was introduced the company would take the time to make sure all employees were ready to give clients what they asked for. My hair didn’t even kind of resemble the hair style, it was so disappointing.
