So glad I found this cute little salon! It’s hard to move and have to find a new everything! This salon is great!

I can honestly say I have never had my hair cut here. However, when calling around to find if someone could do a color lift and dye, (basically where you bleach a color out of the hair, and dye it with a new color), whomever answered the phone was rude and acted as if what I was saying was ridiculous. I was cut off with a very snotty and short, "We don't do that here!", and was promptly hung up on. Mean while I call a competing salon in town. A) They know exactly what I mean when I say color lift. B) They are more then friendly, and allow me to explain my hair situation C) They give me a price point to start the process. I am not sure how well off the owner of Mane Attraction is, but coming back to Kerrville, and being treated in such a way by someone running a business is a bit shocking. In running a business it is hard to attract new customer in this economy, and this doesn't go very far in making me want to spend money in your establishment. So hopefully, other people's experiences are better, but I will be taking my hard earned dollar some place it is appreciated
