I would NEVER go to this shop ever again the most unprofessional braiding shop ive ever experienced. For 1 the address thats on the website isnt the address of the building for 2 my appointment was at 5:30 i arrived 30mins early wen i got there she was finshing up another lady hair im nt too sure wat dhe told the lady bt the lady had to go get cash she had me drive her around following thr lady to get the cash then i go to the hair store bc she told me to wait and get her b4 i get the hair. Yes she got a discount on the hair for me bt it was still too much i asked her how much my hair was goin to b she told me $80 i said ok then wen she gets readys to start she says $85 im thinking n my head lik dang she went $5 extra dollas bt ok wen she braiding my hair she was very rough she finshed my hair i went home looked in the mirror and i was unsatisfied the work was neat bt she didnt do the front of my hair pretty i called right away the same night and also txted no response call bacc the next day she wanted to come the same day bt i had to work informed her that i could come sunday after church bt if i can come Saturday i will. So thats wat i did i came n Saturday and honestly i dnt kno who i was speakin with on the phone i start tlkin to the lady who did my hair she was acting lik she didnt have no knowledge of me comin or that i even took my hair out she called someone i guess tge owner and the owner toldher i need to come sunday bc nobody can do my hair. I called her and ingormed her that i needed my money bacc or something bc this is very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE she said i couldnt get a refund amd hung up in my face i called her bacc and she didnt answer and i txted her 3times still no response so i called around and found FATOU AFRICAN BRAIDING they are the best she understood me and did my hair today and i walked out satisfied so if ur looking to get ur hair braided please do NOT COME TO SISTERS AFRICAN BRAIDING very poor business ....go to FATOU AFRICAN BRAIDING
