Most of the time vety reasonable service. Has trouble compensating bad hair cts or perms.

Love this salon. Priscilla is my favorite stylist, she always seems to know exactly what Im wanting done. She did great on my hair when it was long and when a different salon hacked it off she fixed it and made it beautiful. I have had my hair done by all the ladies in there and they all did a great job, but I've known Priscilla the longest. I made the mistake of dying my hair too dark and they managed to get my hair from pitch black to bleach blonde in two visits, and my hair didnt break or frizz it still looked healthy!

I have contacted Smart Style on unsatisfactory hair cut to see what is offered to correct the issue. I will repost accordingly after resolved or not. The district MGR was very polite as well as the store manager. We did get all issues resolved in a positive atmosphere. Thanks to all involved.
