I have never been more frustrated. I work a lot of hours, and setting aside time to get my hair cut and colored is a big deal for me. I’ve been pushed around by the place I normally go to, so I decided to book an appointment at Twist based off of some good recommendations, and that I’ve gotten a haircut from them before. Today was supposed to be my appointment, and the hair dresser called and canceled. Her reason for canceling is understandable, but it does not make this experience any less frustrating. No one else working was able to do my hair. I’ve waited THREE WEEKS to get a hair appointment, and I’m at my wits ends trying to find someone in town. Discounting my hair appointment does not make me feel any better and it won’t change the fact that this was the only time I was able to set aside. I will not be going back here ever again.

Lisa and everyone are the best! They all know so very much about hair and color. They are the best! And they're also very nice.

All the stylists are so good with hair, as well as incredibly sweet. Whether yr hair has color issues, or you just want something fun, they will do everything and more to get it to where you want it. At the same time, they won't hesitate to tell you if what you want isn't feasible or would damage yr hair too much.
