Let me set this up by saying the space of this hair studio is VERY small. Whenever uou share a space thag intimate it is even more important to provide a positive atmosphere. Had an appt. Got there, walked in and immediately kind of went into shock that hello i am basically in a small bedroom sized space w the stylist and idk possibly the studio managwr or receptionist? not really sure. Both were just chillin when i walked in and seem bewildered that i was there. Theybjust kept looking at eachother but not at me. it was really weird. I explained i had an appt, but they were like yeah not sure about them and began trying to look up in their system if id been scheduled. regardless there was no one there! so they could have just ad easily been like cool a walk in welcome! but yeah no. i felt so terrible i just said well nevermind and rann outta there. prob dodged a bullet.
