We are new to the area and found this location on Google. The staff is super friendly and professional. My son is not an easy customer and the stylist handled him perfectly. She was kind, gentle, and very friendly. Everything a parent wants for their kid who's toddler is scared of getting hair cuts. Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely loved it. Took my son for his very first haircut and I thought he was going to cry but they had everything there to keep him entertained. Definitely will be returning.

Took my 4 yr old for her hair cut there. There were appts before us so it took about an hr before it was my daughters turn. Seating is very limited so we stood around for most of that time. I asked for a pixie cut thinking that they are licensed professionals, I assumed they would be able to do this. They refused saying it's too complicated & that my daughters hair is too short (it was down to her waist). They suggested for a simple chopping off of her hair into a bob. I oppted for an A-line bob but their response was it's too complicated, just excuses. My daughter's dad told them to go ahead and cut it off. Yes, her hair is cut straight but if you want a haircut that requires actual technique I recommend going somewhere else. I was expecting a different kind of experience for the name "shear madness."

I took my 2 yr old daughter to get her first hair cut here. The employees are very nice and professional. My daughter threw a tantrum and wasn't very easy to work with but , they took their time and helped ease my daughter into letting them cut her hair. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a unique hair cutting experience for their children.

I really love this place took him yesterday for a new look he turned 3.He went from long hair to amazing short style hair the stylist maricela did an amazing job super nice and patient showing me all the ways i could style my sons hair recommend it!!👌
