I also had my hair highlighted here and they left spots that leaked through the foil. The color turned out okay but had an orange tent. When I sent pictures to the stylist she ignored the spots and tried to avoid correction . So then I decided to just show up. She hid in the back when the other ladies told her I was there. She finally showed my face an attempted to correct leaked through highlights. She failed. Another time I came back and decided to just color my hair all one color. Someone else colors my hair because she was hiding in the back ( in which they lied and told me she wasn't there , hoping I would leave.) Anyways , the lady who colored my hair was so tight with the color and it was not fully colored and didnt look as rich as it would have if ahe would have used a correct amount to correct my hair. I spent a good portion of money and time here, even leaving a 20% tip. The ladies who work here gossip very much all day long in front of customers. Eclipse is a very unprofessional salon. If they paid attention to their work instead of gossiping they might end with good results. My hair was never corrected and after several attempts I decided not to go back.
