Full Moon Hair & Spa is a fantastic salon and I have always been extremely satisfied with my haircuts. From what I know, Celia has over 20 years of experience in the field and she understands the line of work well. She charges a fair rate and always follows through on expectations. She is very detailed and thorough. The salon is inviting, easy to find, and always clean and organized - very professional! It has always been easy to schedule an appointment; she always goes above and beyond. From my understanding, she offers many other services and clients always seem very happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend Full Moon Hair & Spa.

They knew exactly how to cut my curly hair, it looks amazing when I leave it natural. This doesnt happen everywhere and specially not at the awesome prices they carry. I also got my eyelashes lifted and I love them! Plus, they are super nice! I traveled about half an hour to get here (from Frisco) and it was totally worth it!

My mom came here to get her hair done and I loved it so much so i made her make me an appointment for the very next day. Sweet lady’s and did an amazing job on my hair. I don’t have any complaints.

I came in to get the eyelash tint and lift. I was satisfied with the out come although i pointed out to her that my eyes were burning which isn’t suppose to happen. One of my eyes itched and watered and was irritated for several days thereafter. While there I showed her a picture of a little color that I wanted in my hair along with a trim and asked what she would charge. She told me $55. My hair is VERY short, above my chin so it sounded reasonably cheap. My sister was with me as a witness. I came back 2 days later and after taking 4 1/2 hours to do a job she said would take 2, she charged me $75 for the color and $25 for a haircut that I never asked for. I only wanted a trim and she cut too much off the sides and front. When her daughter was ringing me up and told me the price, i said i was told $55- and she said “we would never say that” she was not even there when i was told the price. I only came back did the hair color because of the price. I could’ve gone anywhere and paid $100 for this sloppy job. She never waxed my eyebrows like I asked when I walked in. Barely half dried my hair so of course- didn’t style it. I was so ready to leave and so unhappy!! I was going to tip $40 but tipped nothing because of the price I had to pay for the color and haircut that I didn’t ask for. The color was more blondish brown rather than the ash color that I asked for. To top it off, she didn’t get to the scalp and I walked out looking like I already had 3 weeks worth of regrowth. 😤
