Took my toddler here for a haircut. The woman who helped us was very nice and patient. We had to wait about 15 mins to get in but it was a much shorter wait than the other barber shops we visited. Overall very good experience.

Got my eyebrows waxed and she did a bad job wasted 15 dollar on that. Do not go to master cuts!!

Horrible! Took my mom to get a haircut. Just a simple trim! Lady with awful dyed red hair told us to wait 20 minutes. No one was there! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! After walking around the mall for 10 minutes, we went back. She was sitting and playing on her phone. Still no customers! Didn't even care that we were there. Now I know why everyone tells me to stay away from Mastercuts!

I was not impressed with my experience. They were clearly not happy they had a customer walk in for a conditioning treatment, which is basically the easiest money on the planet. They put on the treatment and stick you under a dryer for 15 minutes then rinse it out. He wanted to charge me $5 extra to shampoo it, while he was already washing my hair. No personality from any of the 3 employees there. I had gone to Regis but there was no one available so I tried this out, guess I'll just know to wait next time.
