I am a professional scissor sharpener. I've owned 2 salons and was a stylist for 15 years. I also am a guess speaker and educator inventor of the Sharp-N-Go mini. I received a very unwelcoming experience while visiting this Sports Clips. No wonder over half of the reviews are ONLY a 1 star rating. This store is NOT at all close to the level of class of any other Sports Clips I have experienced. Shameful, disappointing and deplorable.

I always have a short wait. I'm greeted with a smile and the staff is friendly. They do a great job cutting my hair !

I hate doing things like this; I never write reviews. However, I wish I could give a review less than a star. I have never had a problem with Sports Clips, especially this location. Yet, the last three times I have been I have had horrible experiences. My neckline and sideburns have been uneven each and every time I have been recently, and those are the easiest tasks. It's partially my fault for returning after the first incident, but I have faith. However, I won't be returning to this Sports Clips or any other location in the future.

I've been a loyal customer to both locations for 4 years and I think I'm fed up. The owner/manager cannot keep good help to provide the quality for the prices I'm paying. The new sign-in interface is a waste of time. Seems like to me someone thinks I should do their job at check out. The tip amount the system suggests starts a $5. Customary gratuity should be around 10% for a haircut. 15 to 20% is for wait staff. The wait is also intolerable. This is an issue the manager could easily fix by keeping the appropriate amount of staff on hand. I have never walked in and out within an hour.

Very rude employe was not very happy with my hair cut. the person who cut my hair was hurting me with the clippers i have acne on my face and very sensative skin my cheeks were really red with lines i will never come back ever again!.
