Everyone is super friendly! Long waits in between customers! Why is that? it's almost a 20 minute wait from the time they cash them out.... to the time they call the next person back? It also seems like if you don't pick the VIP haircut they seem less willing to give you a decent haircut, even though you been coming there for the last 3 years! I believe I will be looking for a new place I to get my haircut. new management sucks!

Great service and they made sure they understood how I wanted my hair. The lady who cut my hair is named Charley and she did a great job of understanding and holding a conversation.

Great atmosphere and love the hot towel treatment. Also always smells good, just make sure check you check in online or you will be waiting for awile.

I regularly get my hair cut at this location and am never disappointed. Who knew that a scalp massage and hot eucalyptus towel was that amazing!? I’ll admit that I’m really picky about who cuts my hair. If you want a great stylist who does an awesome job make sure you go to Malina. I’ll happily wait 45 minutes until she’s available because I know she’ll do killer work. 5 stars because Malina is there. Just ask for Officer Hopps.

It was a short wait even though there was a couple of people ahead of me. It was nice .It was my 1st time to sport clips and their good reviews didn't disappointe . I love my hair cut also and I am quite picky when it comes to that.
