Told the lady just to trim it. My hair was about 4 inches past my shoulders. When she was done she had cut my hair to my chin, kept hurting me with the brush and dryer. I didn't know because i wear glasses and couldn't see until it was too late. She kept saying she was just trimming, layering the back. I left in full tears. If never ever go back to there because if her.

This is the worst place ever! DON'T GO THERE! THEY MESSED UP MY KID'S HEAD PLUS CUT OFF HIS EAR! I was so sad this is happening to my child. I AM GOING TO REPORT THIS TO THE COMPANY FOR THE TERRIBLE WORK SHE DID. to fix her mistake, she had to make my 21 month old child BALD! DON'T GO THERE! I LEFT WITH AN INJURED EAR AND A BALD BABY.
