Greeted the moment I walk through the door. Super nice stylist. Gave a great cut. Store looked clean. Felt very comfortable being there. Even got a coupon on the way out. Super job.

First time in a Great Clips in years. Jennifer was wonderful, listened to what I was going for, and gave me a great cut. Will return here in the future.

All I wanted was a zero fade with nothing cut from the top. Came out with unfaded and crooked lines. I asked if she would blend the line in and her response was " I been trying you just have indents on your head". I've had this cut previously at other locations and they sure didn't have any problems with my "indented head".

I had earlier posted a review that was less than favorable. The person who helped me went out of her way to contact me and rectify the situation. That took courage and sincerity. We all do things we regret, and I salute this person for being honorable. Thank you.

I received the worst customer service at this location. I would not recommend ever going to this location. I arrived 30min before closing and was refused service even though the website says as long as you arrive before closing you will be served. There was no excuse for this kind of service. If I could give them no stars I would!
