This place is excellent! They are fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. My stylist remembered me 2 months after my first cut, and even asked about my family and recent vacations. Wonderful people, and wonderful skill.

I made an online appt. The wait said 30 mins and my estimated time was 7:15pm. I just drove 30 mins to get here . Arrived at 7:10pm only to walk in and have them say Sorry but we don't have any appts. We're booked out for the night ! WOW are you kidding... why didn't the online booking say this ! Beyond frustrated and extremely pissed! Never will I do business with Super Cuts again!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible!!! Asked stylist for deeper layers on my medium length curly hair. On her first cut, she cut it to the nape in the back. I was immediately screwed. Now I have the ugly growing out stage. It will take years to fix and there was NO ACCOUNTABILITY! I hate this place. Wish I could give no stars. Steer clear of this place.

The stylist greeted me as I walked in and asked what I was looking for. I needed a child haircut and a child haircut and color. As soon as I mentioned color she says "it's an hour and a half wait". There was ONE customer in the salon with foils already in her hair and two stylists. Either you had a long line of imaginary people, a list of people that used your app or you're lazy. I'm unimpressed with any of those scenarios. If you accept walk-ins, they should be accommodated.

I always walk out feeling fantastic. Staff is very friendly, courteous, and always provide me with not only a perfect cut, but an amazing experience; a totally relaxing wash including a scalp massage that rivals professional massage therapists (stylist Ciera).No joke or exaggeration. And last but not least, I've been coming here for the last 3 years and have observed many interactions and watched multiple staff members come and go; very plainly speaking, the two prior negative reviews do not paint an accurate picture for this location. I'd check this place out. You might walk out with that comforting feeling of knowing you have a solid place to go and get what you need as opposed to bouncing around from place to place rolling the dice!
