Management is ridiculous. The manager at this location is very rude, and very slow. It took almost 45 minutes for a simple mens haircut just to take a little off the sides. And during the haircut all she did was complain. All the other stylists that were working seemed fantastic. I wish I would have gotten one of them so that this review would have been better

I always check in online but it never matters because if one of the girls knows you, you can walk in and have a lobby full of people but the girls will always help the people they know first. Sunday April 28 @1330pm and I've been here for almost an hour. Checked in online for 1300. Waited with an entire crowd of people in the lobby and when I was the last person left waiting I expected to be next. Except some girl walks in and starts chatting with one of the employees and suddenly she's helping her next instead of me. This place is a joke. Unprofessional and very slow. Happens almost every time I come here, never coming back and telling everyone I know to never come here either.

I love this place, but I won't keep coming if you guys can't get better staffed. There's one girl here, Sarah, and she's freaking awesome for being here by herself with a line of people waiting. Personally, Sarah needs to have her own hair Salon!

I had a real good experience! I don’t remember my stylists name, (Cheryl maybe? It started with a C). But she did an awesome job, and helped me figure out a new haircut. Nice and clean environment, friendly staff. A little pricey, but I felt like it was worth it!

Although the lady that did my hair cut and styled it for me was super nice, I left upset because I went in for a simple trim, wash and style. I got charged $47! I could have went ANYWHERE else, even a high end salon and paid that amount to have color put in my hair. She only trimmed off a 1/2 inch, did a light blow dry and styled it. My hair is not very long an I just don’t understand how I spent over $50 (after tip) on such a simple service...
