Oh my gosh the ladies here are super nice!!! I came in to get a haircut fixed and they were happy and helped me thru it the whole way 10/10 if I was not poor would tip

Giving 5 stars, the staff have always been great, and have never been disappointed. Just with Supercuts would offer better support to their fanchises, this Supercuts is really struggling to stay staffed so there are always long waits unless you reserve online. One recommendation I have is to make people pay for their slot, and to get refunded if they don't come they have to cancel their reservation. It seems like they have a lot of no call no shows, and that is really hurting the walk in's.

The staff is SOOOOO nice they were able to get me in right away. And they were SOOOOO helpful to me. If you go there I recommend Tracey she did the cut.
