Great cut ask for Carmen she is a great stylist. She takes her time and cuts a great faded gentleman's cut. All the stylists are great. I went in at 7:50pm and they took me in. They are open until 8pm but stayed to finish my cut.

They have a new manager who has set a ridiculous policy of not accepting hair color appointments within 3 hours of closing. While color occasionally takes longer than an hour and a half, that's the exception rather than the rule. This manager needs to stop setting policies based on a few isolated inconveniences for them and instead think about the service for their customer base as a whole!

I live next door and they don't deserve a single star. Got there at 5:35p and no one was there but SHE wouldn't help me because she had "an internet appointment" scheduled for 5:40p. Terrible policies OR crappy judgement, regardless so much so for wanting to give them a try
