Recently I took to google to share a negative experience I encountered at this local sport clips. The experience was not only a negative customer experience based, but also a racially insensitive experience, with the stylist using a specific word that should no longer be in the English language. Since I've shared that experience, I will say the response from this establishment has been truly astounding, and my goal is to not only edit my previous review but to also share how fantastic the Sport Clips leadership team was throughout the process.
First I would like to share that my intention of the review wasn't to hurt anyone or any business, but mainly to share my experience and hopefully help educate along the way. Second, a few hours after my first review I received phone calls from the manager of the store, as well as the owner of the store, both who shared great remorse for my experience. Their diligent pursuit to understand what took place during my experience and to immediately resolve the issue going forward was truly above and beyond!
I can't speak for other Sport Clips location, but I can speak for the one in draper, when it comes to their leadership team. They were fantastic, honest, remorseful, understanding, and truly cared to right the wrong their customer experience. This establishment will continue to receive my business in the future, and can't thank the leadership of this establishment enough for there ability to resolve the issue.
I truly hope the stylist can learn and grow from this experience, and understand you never know the background of the customer sitting in your chair regardless of their skin color. Thank you to the leadership team at this Sport Clips for your understanding, I truly appreciate it and I can't thank you enough!
