Recently I took to google to share a negative experience I encountered at this local sport clips. The experience was not only a negative customer experience based, but also a racially insensitive experience, with the stylist using a specific word that should no longer be in the English language. Since I've shared that experience, I will say the response from this establishment has been truly astounding, and my goal is to not only edit my previous review but to also share how fantastic the Sport Clips leadership team was throughout the process. First I would like to share that my intention of the review wasn't to hurt anyone or any business, but mainly to share my experience and hopefully help educate along the way. Second, a few hours after my first review I received phone calls from the manager of the store, as well as the owner of the store, both who shared great remorse for my experience. Their diligent pursuit to understand what took place during my experience and to immediately resolve the issue going forward was truly above and beyond! I can't speak for other Sport Clips location, but I can speak for the one in draper, when it comes to their leadership team. They were fantastic, honest, remorseful, understanding, and truly cared to right the wrong their customer experience. This establishment will continue to receive my business in the future, and can't thank the leadership of this establishment enough for there ability to resolve the issue. I truly hope the stylist can learn and grow from this experience, and understand you never know the background of the customer sitting in your chair regardless of their skin color. I've been going here since they opened. the skills of the staff to cut a man's haircut.. a basic regular man's haircut has diminished to the point I just go home and shave it off so I can start over in a month. there is no fade.. just a #2 along the whole sides to the top.. they don't have the skill to work around ridges in a skull so the side is never tapered, flat and smooth it bulges and then returns before they attempt blend the top. they seem to only be able to long hair.. which is sad cause most men don't have 3 inch long hair. further my son's haircut last week was just as bad.. I had to have it fixed several times and right there at the same point In the skull it just randomly goes from a 1.5 to 2.5.. seriously you don't blend at the halfway point between the sides.. wonder if the owners will respond..

Sport Clips is great and the ladies that cut your hair are awesome. They listen to what you say and cut your hair the way you ask them to. I have been to three different Sport Clips from Ogden to Draper numerous times and I have no complaint about any of them. Totally satisfied every time. And the MVP treatment is so relaxing. If you have not been to Sport Clips yet what are you waiting for??? You have to try them out. You won't go back to your old shop to get a cut.

My hairdresser Cory, gave me your VIP treatment because it was my first time visiting your shop and I loved it. She did a good job but I was super stressed because of a academic leadership course I am taking and the way she treated me really took the edge off. Thanks so much!

Sara was amazing! I gave her very little info about how I wanted my hair cut and she knew exactly what I wanted in a hairstyle. It looks just how I wanted it. Definitely going back to see her
