Lack of experience shows. I love Sports Clips, so I decided that I would go get a hair cut before my wedding. The stylist assured me that the hair cut I had requested was something she was able to do, she then preceded to buzz my head with her buzzers. The haircut was significantly shorted than I requested, and no where near what I had asked for. As a result, my hair was destroyed for my wedding, beyond repair. Please i urge you to choose another location, where an experienced person will be cutting your hair. This horrid haircut is now apart of my wedding pictures for life. Don't let it happen to you

I was extremely disappointed and will never return to this location for a haircut. I signed up and was put on a waiting list to get a haircut according to the screen it told me I would have roughly 18 minutes before I was up for a haircut. Unfortunately I ended up waiting for over an hour and still was waiting before I had to leave and attend a dinner appointment. Unfortunately I like the idea of being able to sign up and see a waiting list but two things need to be corrected. First the waiting list needs to reflect accurate times of how long the wait is. Second with the list and the system in place it creates a disconnect between employees and customers were waiting. Employees feel that they don't need to communicate or acknowledge customer where waiting because of the system and it would have been nice if an employee came out and just said sorry we are running a little slow or we are falling behind and wait times are going to be a little longer. Instead you just sit there waiting hoping that you're going to get called out next and it's a silent treatment

Erin was fantastic with my two year old. She got him to sit in the seat by himself and entertained him with the spray bottle. She was fast and did exactly what I wanted without him getting fidgety. Also had good experiences with my husband and brother getting haircuts from here. No bad reviews.

They did a great job on my son's hair. He took in a photo of some person with a special kind of mohawk thing and they did just that! It was impressive. They have coupons that come in the coupon magazines for a free haircut for your first cut so it makes it easy to give them a try. We will be back since he loved it!

I had Shelbey cut my almost 2 year old's hair and she was amazing with him. She gave great suggestions on how to cut it and it came out so cute! There was just a few minute wait. The other gals were way nice as well. We will be returning!
