Hands down best Great Clips in the valley! NOTE: I saw Jennifer so I cannot speak about the other stylists. Such a great experience! Jennifer looked at my notes, knew exactly what I had before and then asked if I wanted anything different. She was very attentive to my requests and willing to work with me on my new style. One of the great things about Jennifer was she was so easy to talk to and seemed actually interested in what i was saying ( I mean let's be honest, stylists/salons are our venting places right?). Not that I vented but it was just a very fun, comfortable, great haircut experience. The whole salon seemed to be having fun and enjoying the day which for me, made the all the difference. Pros: Fantastic haircut, great conversation and awesome atmosphere. Cons: I dare you to find one.

Bobbie was great! I had to wait a bit but that's because I asked for her specifically and didn't check in online. Now that I know that's an option, i'll do that next time to save time. The haircut was just what we wanted for my son and he loved it. She was great with him, asking of he liked it. We left very happy and will be back.

They are OK. Please really have not gotten a bad cut from them. Thought I feel they could drop their price a dollar or two. Otherwise no complaints.

Horrible. CHECKED IN ONLINE LIKE IT SUGGESTS 46M WAIT. SHOW up 40min later. Then I am told 25min wait? What I already checked in. THEN WAS TOLD IM NOT CHECKED IN UNTIL I GET THERE AND THE WAIT TIME ON THE LIST SAID 25 MIN WAIT WHEN CHECKES ANOTHER LOCATION... WHY CHECK IN ONLINE IF IM TOLD IM STILL WAITING 1 HR TO CHECK IN BECAUSE WAIT DOESNT APPLY UNTIL I ARRIVE then get told cant answer me.. STILL NEVER GOT A CALL BACK NOR A REPLY BY EMAIL AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
