This Place is a JOKE!

Great Clips Park City is a joke. You want a haircut, then go elsewhere. The staff is rude and care little about the customer. If you're a friend of one of them, then good for you, because the staff will let them cut the line so they don't have to wait like the rest of us. The app appears to work, but it doesn't too. All around, I've had enough bad experiences at this outfit to never want to return. Unfortunately, they get plenty of customers, so stuff like this review doesn't matter to them. The best thing that could happen is to have business drop off because of how poorly this place is operated, but, alas, I doubt it will, because people still need haircuts. My advice, though, is to save yourself time and a headache, and take your business elsewhere.

I usually enjoy going here to get my hair cut but I was not happy with the ladies working today. I went in to see if it was possible for one of the stylists to help me put my hair up in a bun/pony tail since I'm not able to cause of surgery. When I asked the lady at the front counter if that would be possible she gave me a blank stare then proceeded to ask if I had checked in online letting me know it was a 70 min wait time. She was very cold, dismissive and I left feeling very disappointed. I personally wasn't expecting to be told I'd have to wait 70 minutes to get an answer to a simple question.

Tried to bring my kids here a few times and nearly every time the online check-in wait time is verrrry different from what they tell us when we arrive in the store. Today we tried showing up early (after already killing over an hour). Told it would be another 1.5 hours. Person told me it's because two other stylists just finished for the day. Next man behind me she told the same wait time - and that three stylists just left for the day. On our way out we heard them tell the man whose name was first on the list that it would be at least an hour. What the what?! Also, don't keep accepting check-ins online if you don't have the staff for it. You really waste a LOT of time for a lot of people. Needless to say we won't be back. It's a bad way to run a salon. Broken process.

Great service friendly staff I've been going here for over a year for my family of 5 my youngest is one and I've never been dissatisfied with what we walk out with will continue to come for as long as I can

Terrible....had a toddler with me, checked in at 11, told it was a 45 min wait. Came back at 11:45...waited til noon to ask a status and was told I had a 30 min wait. Walked out. They don’t know how to balance online check-in and in-person check-in. Lady was not the friendliest either. I recommend going to Heber Great Clips.

This was by far the worst place I've ever gotten my hair cut. The timing they have advertised online is inaccurate: I went in the evening once seeing that there was no wait, but the girl wanted to close and was extremely passive aggressive. I told her not to worry about it. Then the next day I saw there was a 15 minute wait, so I checked in and went over, and I waited for over an hour and ended up leaving after over an hour of waiting and watching an employee go on break during the rush. Their staff is very inappropriate... there was one woman who kept pulling my hair and it was so painful my scalp hurt for a few hours after my appointment. Let's be clear, I'm no wimp. She was extremely negative, and when I started bantering with her about things she hates, she got really bouncy and her breasts kept bouncing on my shoulders, and I was really grossed out. She kept pulling my lower hair back UP... and then brushing it down, and it would snarl, and she blamed it on my thin hair. I pointed out that she kept pulling my hair up and knotting it, and she got upset and it went back to being very painful.
