I needed my hair cut and on short notice they were able to get me in. Molli is great. She pays very close attention to detail and was meticulous about making sure it looked the way I wanted it (which is awesome, I'm a picky guy). Best haircut I've had in a very long time.

I love Ulta I was exited they had one in Spanish fork but then I went a few times and the employees weren’t very friendly or welcoming, they never asked if I needed help. I don’t plan on going to the Spanish fork one anytime soon the Orem one is nice and the employees are nicer and more helpful there.

Super variety and love products. But, you better know what you want b/c staff has very limited knowledge of products! Hit and miss with good customer service. So happy to have ULTA in Spanish Fork!

A couple of weeks ago my daughter was getting married so I set up appointments for hair and makeup on her wedding day. A snag occurred when the stylist got sick. The manager went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. A desperate/panicked bride and slightly hostile mother (me 😥) were no problem for this kind hearted manager. I think things actually turned out even better than we expected. When the evening was over, my daughter still looked as good as the moment we left the salon that morning. Buffy, with Mac makeup is a super skilled makeup artist and the hair stylist (wish I could remember her name) was awesome. Thanks again to the manager at the Spanish Fork store! She truly took care of us😁 and made sure everything we had expected to happen that morning did.

I went in there and asked for some help in choosing a Bare Minerals product. I was lead to where the Bare Minerals products were kept and was promptly deserted by the sales person. I was overwhelmed by the shear number of the products and not having the help that I asked for. I guess the sales person was more interested in resuming the conversation that she was engaged in with a co-worker when I walk in. I will never go into that or any other Ulta Beauty store.
