Cassidy has been very fast and friendly on more than one visit.. can't beat the prices and same day appointment is always helpful..

This definitely was not a good haircut experience. I was not even picky. All I asked for was for them to keep it long ish and get rid of my split ends. I was there for over an hour and just glancing, I have tons of split ends still, and the front is way short. Not pleased. They also didn't tell me it is extra to blow dry and did it without really asking and made me pay for it. :(

Honestly speaking, I did not like this place whatsoever. They canceled on my hair appointment last minute, and I had to go elsewhere. They cut hair poorly, and one of the workers there displayed some very racist tendencies towards an old lady I saw that tried to get her haircut there this week. I will not come back to this place again because of these reasons, hence the one star. I suggest to everyone else that if you want a good haircut, don't come here.

The customer service here was/is terrible! When I walked in there was a guy that was putting things away. It took him awhile to even notice my son and I standing there. When he did he looked away and continued to do whatever it was he was doing. When a coworker walked in he tried to see if she would help us. She stated "she already was off the clock" which to me was understandable of not wanting to help. This guy with a completely rude attitude finally asked what I needed help with. Which I stated "I need a haircut for my son". He pauses and looks around and finds another coworker mouths something to her and laughs. Then tells me it'll be a 30 min wait (when there was only one other customer in the salon. With no one waiting) Stated he had appointments. So I politely stated " it's okay I'll find someone else" (after his rudeness I didn't want to put my son through that. This guy obviously wasn't helpful.) He then told me "everyone else here (in the mall) has appointments and won't be able to help me." I just walked out and went to the JCpenny's Salon where a very helpful and polite woman helped my son and I. Done and out in 15 mins. (which is how long I spent waiting for someone to help me here at Master Cuts. I won't ever be coming back her.) I would rate them no star's if I could.

I have never been so disappointed with customer service here before, but wow, the racism that was shown toward my grandma a few days ago was despicable. My grandma speaks enough English to have gotten her hair cut by stylists in the past, but when she went in to this Mastercuts this week, the stylist (I didn't catch her name, I just know she has a nose ring and short hair) promptly told her she doesn't speak Spanish and my grandma should go to JcPenny. I don't know how not understanding "I would like a haircut" would be so hard to understand. She didn't even try to understand. What's more, my uncle went in with my grandma a few minutes later to have him translate and again, she was faced with the same curt response. Very disappointed, this is not what customer service should look like.
