If there was an option for “no stars” or negative stars, l would’ve given them minus 5 stars. Went this afternoon around 3:30 (was in the area and needed a quick trim) and on the door read “walk ins welcome” so I went right in. I waited a good couple of minutes and absolutely NO ONE greeted me, so I waited a little longer and finally had to say in a semi loud voice “excuse me”, and bear in mind I’m Italian so I am pretty loud, still no one even acknowledged my presence. Finally, a lady approached me and asked me what I needed to which I responded, just a quick trim... she looked like I had requested a $5k interest free loan from her and said that there was no one available today for a haircut... Really??? There were at least 4 staff members (seemed like hairdressers to me) doing absolutely nothing but chit chatting with each other. The sign on the door says that they’re open until 8:00pm so.... what exactly were they planing on doing for the next 4 hours?... anyways, don’t waist your your time and go anywhere else but there, they’re probably too busy chit chatting to help you anyway.

Took my 3yr old son to get haircut .The woman who Cut his hair didn't know how to line him up and didn't know how to do comb-over but I was told she could cut kids hair . The haircut was bad I left before she was done and could mess it up anymore. She still made me pay for the haircut not good Business .
