Used online check in which told me there was a 15 minute wait. When I arrived there was no other names on the list and they had one person working on another client. The other woman working walked up and verified my online check in and said they would be with me in just a minute. Turns out that meant she was going to lunch and my wait was expected to be between 45 and 55 minutes. I cancelled my check in and went to the one up the street who greeted me with a smile and got me right in. Don't waste your time with this locations poor service, use the one up the street and save yourself the hassle.

One of the worst experience I have had getting my hair cut this morning. I liked going here it was about my 6th visit, never going back to any great clips again after that. Jenny was who cut my hair and I must have been her first customer ever I don't think she even went to school it was that bad start to finish she couldn't even finish, someone else helped I wish she could of finished it for me then I might of come back. The manager had to notice I seen her looking it was obvious she was struggling bet there was a party to plan for another worker so both managers left . Then I was stuck with no one to even complain to thanks for the great morning.

Love getting my haircut from this place. Staff is professional and quick! I’ve never had an Aussie when coming here.

Fantastic location. Tanya, Jen, Jodie, and Jessie are all amazing women. You can go anywhere and get a good haircut, but you can only go to a few places and get a great haircut, and great conversation, where the staff makes you feel like a friend and not just a customers. Ill go out of my way just to get my hair cut at this location. Business is all about relationships. If these ladies leave, then so does this customer.

I have been going to this location for 4 years. Today I went in, had my hair cut by a different girl, explained I was growing out my layers so I didn't want them touched. She asked if I wanted my layers trimmed an inch or half inch, I said to just leave them for now. Then she asked if I wanted the back blended. I said okay. So she starts cutting an inch off of my layers. I have been growing these layers out for 2 years. My hair grows very slowly! I am so angry and pissed. They are short layers and it looks horrible. I didn't go back or take my son in for his hair cut. We will not be going to this location ever again.
