The first picture is my hair after (blonde) and the second is my hair before (all black). My stylist was Brad and he was AMAZING! I got a balayage and a haircut and it came out to $275. The price may seem high but it is totally fair. My hair is really thick and long and it took 5 hours to get this masterpiece. This is the only place I trust to color my hair because they’re that great! The times I have come they have been busy but the stylist are excellent at multitasking. For example, while Brad was waiting for my hair to color he was giving another customer a haircut.

This place is phenomenal! I'm very picky about who colors and cut my hair because of bad experiences. The first time I came here Ibty did my hair for a short notice dinner I had the next day. She did an amazing job. I came back not long ago and had my trimmed and colored but I don't remember who did my hair. A girl with medium length blonde hair did and she did an amazing job. She explained to me why my hair was jacked up from the previous bad experience and gave me an idea of how long it would take for my hair to grow back. Prices are pricey depending on what you want to get done but I'm willing to spend the money for my hair to look good.

It's a very expensive salon, but it's smack in the middle of a very upscale and expensive part of Old Town Alexandria. Their stylists and employees are very nice so no complaints there. I just really have a hard time paying $350 for a contemporary color job...and that's on the low end.

Great place! Found the salon (and my go-to stylist, Betty) by chance when I moved to the area 2 years ago and decided to stop dying my own hair. Came in on a whim and then never looked anywhere else! I come in and get my hair dyed and cut every 6-8 weeks and have absolutely no complaints for the entire 2 years now. Everyone is friendly, the salon is clean and comfortable, and there is plenty of parking on the street or in the nearby garage. Highly recommend.
