They did not inform me up front that their credit card machine was not working and then wanted me to go to the bank for cash. They also did not tell me upfront of the extra charge to simply pop off the tips for my daughter before applying the powder dipping color. I think all charges should be told upfront and definitely if we cannot use our debit or credit cards we should be informed before service is given. Not too many people carry a lot of cash anymore. I will be using a different nail salon in the future. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I've been coming to this salon for a year or 2 now. I see Julio when I go. He is very talented a cutting thick and curly hair. The staff is very nice and I never wait long so long as I make an appointment. The location is nice the shopping center has a ton to do / eat.
