I love this salon so much! They have truly went above ans beyond! I have been so unhappy with my hair for quite sometime. Everyone says it's so long and beautiful but I knew it needed some TLC. My roots were grown out to the extreme and the breakage and damage was so disheartening because I have been so afraid of going to a salon with uneducated employees. I work 5 days a week from dusk to dawn so I'm never able to make a quick appointment somewhere. When I called Changes today and told them my situation they were quick to come to my rescues and gave me a same day appointment. This caused 3 of the staff to have to stay over way late and they never complained. All the staff was so nice to me (I'm not a girly girly and don't fit in well at most places like this) and talked to me the entire time. They were all so sweet and caring. Taylor Waymon was who accepted the challenge of my mess needing perfection and done great. Even though it was late she never cut corners on what needed to be done. The color is amazing and she made it look so natural just like I ask! She is so professional and checked with me throughout the process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! They even offered me a refreshment during my visit! Taylor is an absolute pleasure to be around and so committed to her job! The Changes Salon in Norton, Va gave me back my confidence and made me feel so welcomed! This is definitely a 5 star salon and I highly recommend going here. They even helped me figure out an affordable easy going up keep plan and gave me great advice for my hair care at home! I'm in absolute love with this salon. I truly can't express how wonderful Taylor done! She is truly a special individual with a rare talent! I will be returning to Changes to see Taylor on a regular basis! I finally found somewhere that cares just as much about hair as I do! I highly recommend going to Changes! Dwayne and his staff are the best you could ever ask for!

My wife has gone to Changes for almost 10 yrs and has never had a bad experience. Her hair always looks great. I have on occasions gotten a hair cut there and Dewayne has always given me a great cut.

I had my hair colored by Lori Bowen at Changes Salon. OMG !! im So Impressed with the level she acheived in 1 visit! I have wanted my hair this color 10 + years! Im amazed at the color and had so many compliments. The price was great. Thank u Lori for being my stylist! You are so appreciated, and talented! AND Thanks to the friendly staff and Dwayne&Melinda! 💋😙😗
