The salon was nice and clean. I give 2 stars because I wasn't satisfied with my service. I came in for a shampoo cut & style and the stylist decided to dry cut my hair and I didn't receive a shampoo. A big part of why I spend more money & go to a higher scale salon is to be pampered and get a relaxing service. The stylist could've shampooed then blow dried and then cut my hair dry. But she only spent maybe 20 min on my hair total. At the end she quickly curled my hair. When I got home i realized my layers were choppy and I had to cut a few pieces in the front to even it up. I have fine hair and it didn't look good. The curls hid the choppiness until it was straightened. Next time I plan to go to CharMarie salon.

Nice salon - not a bad price for full head of highlights. Had Hannah really took time on my hair. Didnt turn out exactly as we wanted because of previous dye in my hair so she took the time and used toner to even it out. Came out nice. I would recommend this place.

I have been here twice and both times have been wonderful. This last time I went and made my appointment on the website and it was so easy. It showed who was available at what times and was so much easier then calling. I loved it.

Great experience! I had my hair cut by Amber - she was fantastic! I went from having very long hair to a very short style, and she did a wonderful job. I would recommend this salon to anyone!
