I've been debating writing a review because there were equally pros and cons, but a month later I'm still bothered by my experience so here I am. First, I received a phone call letting me know they were running behind and could come 15 minutes later. I was so happy that they thought to give me a heads up vs having me wait once I got there, however, I waited an additional 45 minutes once I arrived and ended up rescheduling because it was going to be "another 15 minutes". Everyone deserves a second chance (wrong)
When I went for the 2nd appointment, I was taken back immediately, yay! I informed the stylist what I was going for and showed a few photos, and told her a bit about my hair, including that it breaks easily so I needed to stay away from blonde highlights. I could see myself in the mirror after she washed my hair and commented on the blonde. She ended up having to cut my hair twice because the first time wasn't what I asked for AT ALL. Oooo and I stressed no short bangs 3 or 4 times, the "no" went unheard, I have naturally curly hair and THAT was bad 😣 And then I paid... $205! By far the most I have ever been charged for cut and color.
When I left I was happy with my hair. BUT within 2 weeks the reds we're almost completely faded and the blonde all broken off. I only wash my hair 2, sometimes 3 times a week and I've had reds last 3 months or more. This is not an experience where I got what I paid for.
The staff was super friendly and I did like my hair (except for bangs) when I walked out the door, but I will NOT go back.
