Had a pretty negative experience here. Bought a few items and noticed some of the prices on the items didn’t match what I was rung up for. I bought Pacifica Bronze Face Shade (1.7fl oz) which said $13.00 on the tag below it. The item next to it was another Pacifica item, but this one was (6fl oz) for $16.00. After I left the store I realized that I was overcharged, so I went back to look at the tags. I asked an employee what I should do about getting rang up incorrectly, and the employee told me that I was wrong and that my item was $16.00. She went back and forth with me until i pointed out that my item was 1.7fl oz, and the tag for the item that was $13.00 was 1.7fl oz, whereas the $16.00 tag was 6fl oz. She then realized she was wrong and told me I needed to go see a cashier. Neither her nor the cashier apologized for ringing me up incorrectly or arguing and saying that I was wrong. Later that day I ended up coming back to return an item. I explained that I was going to order the item online instead because I realized it was too large to carry on the plane with me. The cashier (who did not seem happy whatsoever to be there) asked me if I wanted the money on a gift card or merchandise card. I asked what the difference was and she said there wasn’t one and that she was just going to put it on a merchandise card. Later I went to buy the item online and found out that merchandise cards can only be used in store. I don’t have an Ulta in my city so the purpose of returning the item after realizing I couldn’t carry it on the plane was to order it online. I was argued with by employees, told I was right when a sign clearly showed that I was right, and told incorrect information regarding a card that I now can’t use. Definitely not a good experience.
