I made an appointment with Kelly for the next day at 10 am. Arrived at my appt time and no Kelly. There were two other stylists present who barely acknowledged my presence. I waited, thinking Kelly was in back or running late. At 10:05 another stylist straggled in, not Kelly. Around 10 minutes later she finally asked me if she could help me and I said, I had a 10 am with Kelly. Then and only then, was I informed that Kelly was out sick. They claimed they tried to call me but I had received no calls. I asked if I could go ahead and wait on another stylist, since it was just a trim. The three didn't look thrilled but they nodded. They then proceeded to take a walk-in before me. I waited about 25 more minutes but they all seemed to be doing color or other long processes so I finally got up and walked out, went across the way to Fantastic Sam's and got a great trim with friendly service.

Great stylists and service. Coreen is the best. She gives an amazing haircut! Go there to get your next cut and color and ask for Coreen!

I had two good experiences with Coreen but then a really bad one. Came in on a Saturday, was told there was a 45 min. wait so I made a 4p appt for Sun. No problem. I arrived at 3:57p on Sun. Waited 5 min. and informed the girl who "checked me in" that I had an appt; I was "put in the system" yesterday. Coreen came over in a few minutes and asked if I would mind waiting until she took a gentleman before me, "it'll only take about 10 mins." Not pleased, but agreed. Twenty minutes later I walked out. What ever happened to customer service?

On 5/15/2017 I went in to get my neck hair trimmed, around the ears, and clean up my sideburns.My stylist was Jenna. I told her that I like the length that my sideburns are at, I just want the cleaned up, but she took them up a little. (Which is not the issue.) the issue is when she showed me the back of my neck and I looked at my sideburns, everything was crooked. I pointed this out and she said "Oh I see" and took my neck line up a little. (No biggie, mistakes happen). After finishing my neckline for the second time, she moves to my sideburns and completely takes them off. I don't have any sideburns now. None. I wish this was a joke, I don't know what the hell she was thinking. She then cut my ear (no big deal, it happens). Another stylist that I have worked with before noticed that I'm upset... (always forget her name, I think it's Correen) and saw that I had a cut and went into the back and got some aloe and a cotton ball and gave it to Jenna... Jenna then applied it to her razor and NOT my skin to stop the bleeding. Went you cut someone you would think to offer a band-aid or use the aloe that your coworker gave you and not use it for your equipment. I'm assuming that she thought it would clean the blades? I don't know.... She told me I was done, and I paid and left. I'm NEVER going back to this chain. I will stick to my regular stylist, even when I need a cleanup around my ears and neck. Extremely unhappy. Now I have to go a couple of weeks with no sideburns. Legit, no sideburns. Google a guy with no sideburns and that is what I look like right now.

Never will I ever go back here. They did great on my boyfriends hair. I wanted layers and bangs and my hair was down to my butt and is now up to my shoulders and my bangs are WAYYY too short!! I didn't want short bangs and their also very choppy as is the rest of my hair and I have senior pictures coming up and I'm embarrassed to take pictures like this. So disappointed I will stick to bobs hair cuttery with Amy.
