I was disappointed in my hair style. The stylist gave me half off, but that still wasn't enough. I sat there for 2 hours or more while she highlighted my hair. When it came out, the roots were the only visible parts. I would not recommend, as I felt my stylist did not have a good attention to detail, and was a bit lazy with the highlighting. My sense was she did not put enough dye on the hair, and now I need to wait a while before I can have it redone. UPDATE: From a 3 to a 1: I called the company to complain and ask if I could come in and have my hair redone by the stylist. Before I was able to finish my request, Maria Johnson answered and was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. After she more or less told me and treated me like I was an idiot repeatedly telling me she was giving me a little "education", she said I could come in to have it redone. I do not appreciate being treated like I am an idiot without eyes, and I would never use this company again! I can appreciate how the first hair stylist did an imperfect job the first time around, things happen, but to call and have that kind of customer service and be spoken to in such a condescending tone is unacceptable! NEVER USE THEM!

I started using Draga for haircuts a few months ago and she has been Amazing. We have been so pleased that we hired her to do my wife's hair at our wedding. The staff is always welcoming and kind. I highly recommend Serendipity.

We used them for hair/makeup for our wedding (8 people total) and they were great! Prices were very reasonable (especially compared to other salons in the Charlottesville area) and they had two people come to our hotel suite to get us ready. Their salon is gorgeous, so getting ready there would have been nice as well. Myriah is very helpful and accommodating. We did finish about a half hour after we needed to be finished, but it turned out OK. I wanted to put this review up because there is not much info about this salon online for some reason, I hope this helps someone else looking for wedding hair/makeup in the area. They were wonderful!
