I have been getting my hair cut here for about two years now. There selling point is that once you have your hair cut here they enter into their computer system how you had your hair cut and upon returning they can pull the customer up in there database and know how the customer prefers their hair. When I first started getting my hair cut here and after they had initially entered my preference into their database I had a technician totally get my hair wrong and in fact give me a crew cut. Needless to say I was not happy but dismissed it as a mistake. Over time I come to realize I could never seem to get the same person to cut my hair, which I chalked up to the person that cut my hair last was off or had moved on but as time passed it dawned on my that Great Clips has a problem keeping people at this location and has an astounding turnover rate. This all resonated with me when I visited this location last week where once again a technician whom I have never seen before pulled up my information on the computer and despite what was in the database decided to give me another crew cut. Now I have to go find another barber. Thanks for nothing GreatClips!!

send kids with they're sister spend $33.00 on my kids since i wasn't present i told her to let them know to look in the system so they can get same hair cut and i just got home today and they look like 2 crazy guys , they told daughter thats how it was in the system, they have a bunch of people with license and have no idea how to cut hair or read the computer, waits of money and time now to go to a different place or take kids to the military base

My daughter and myself got haircuts yesterday. Even with being busy everyone was very nice and we got in & out in manageable time :)

i have been to this location multiple times. its really hit or miss with whoever is working. i should have listened to my gut on my last visit. i do not know her name but boy, this haircut makes me cry. I sat in her chair, i dont recall a hello or a smile, as told her what I wanted. she immediately starts spraying my hair, all while im showing her pictures on my phone and clearly ignoring me, while my phone is getting drenched in water she is spraying. I have to laugh at this point looking back i should have left but i thought, hey give her a chance maybe it will surprise you. it sure did surprise me. i did not get what I asked for; I left with a 'rachel' haircut. I could barely look at it and quickly left to assess the damage in my car. I am usually not picky about my hair. i thought, theres not much that can mess it up..was I wrong. will not be returning to this location, very disappointed.

AVOID THIS PLACE! The haircut I received was absolutely horrible!! I was in Virginia for 6 weeks and my hair was completely hideous for the duration of my class. The stylist did the exact opposite of everything I asked for. She cut a high fade when I asked for a low fade and she cut everything off the top when I asked her to cut nothin good the top. Not only did she do the wrong cut, it was also uneven and higher on one side! AVOID THIS PLACE
