Once walking in to tall with someone and verifying over the phone some prices, I was charged additional charges before check out. They never mentioned the addition before or during services. Also, since I'm paying your booth rent, maybe a television or music can be added for entertainment. Talented women, dishonest tactics. I left a $20 tip and will never visit again.

My wife went in there today with an appointment to get her hair done. Itâ€™s her 40th Birthday and our 6 year old daughter wanted to tag a long. She was greeted with an employee asking her â€œwhat?â€. So, yes, rude from the start. She explained she had an appointment. The employee then looked at my daughter and said very rudely â€œshe canâ€™t be hereâ€ and â€œwe donâ€™t do that hereâ€. My wife left immediately. She will not be back and is too nice to leave a review (the whole â€œif you canâ€™t say something nice, donâ€™t say anything at allâ€ type).This place is obviously lacking and is HIGHLY NOT recommended. As a manager at nearly every level for the past 20 years... I would dismiss this employee immediately. Itâ€™s not really her fault of course, I blame management for hiring her in the first place. Obviously she needs to work someplace where customer interaction is not needed.

I only make appointments with Lisa,she is amazing. I'm very happy to services I received. I finally found my personal hair dresser, she gets me! She completely understand what I'm talking about and she knows what I want ðŸ‘â¤

I walked in at 4:39 and I heard a female yell out, â€œoh no Iâ€™m not taking no moreâ€ when I asked what time they closed the clerk said 5pm. Donâ€™t walk in unless you want to be treated bad and ignored.
